* Lead projects delivery and people management with a focus on exceptional client service
* Advise clients on strategic workforce planning, workforce transformation, evidence-based talent management practices, and HR transformation
* Design robust talent practices, including leadership development, learning, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing
* Forecast future skills, FTEs, and costs associated with probable future business scenarios
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to achieve business objectives
• Workforce Transformation: Lead the transformation of workforces to deliver value from AI and technology investments
• Evidence-Based Talent Management Practices: Design and implement evidence-based talent management practices to enhance organisational performance
• HR Transformation: Support clients in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions
