What You'll Do
* Lead store onboarding – Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.
* Manage POS & API integrations – Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.
* Work with vendors – Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.
* Support & problem-solve – Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
* Bridge the gap – Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Document & improve – Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.
What You'll Need
* Experience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role.
* Understanding of APIs, POS systems, and app development processes.
* Strong communication skills – Able to explain technical details in simple terms.
* Problem-solving and project management skills – Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
