Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with key clients in the transport, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using Sarens' state-of-the-art engineering capabilities.
- Lead the development of bids and proposals for engineered transport projects.
- Conduct on-site meetings and deliver presentations with impact to showcase our expertise.
- Monitor and drive sales KPIs.
- Represent Sarens at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within transport, logistics, or heavy lifting.
- Strong understanding of technical documents (e.g., drawings, load specs) and proposal development.
- Knowledge of industry standards and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value contracts.
- An ambitious proactive approach to drive for excellence.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
