* Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments to inform the security program, prioritize security activities, and uplift security maturity under an industry-recognized standard such as NIST, IRAP, or ISO 27001, establishing a risk-based security controls library, and a supporting assurance and reporting program as part of the Security Framework.
* Lead security for the Group, including key vendors, MSSPs, and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure effective security operations.
* Oversee the appropriate identification and implementation of security technologies and systems to protect the company's information and assets.
* Function as a point of contact for Adecco Group Australia with federal government agencies and other external partners to ensure alignment with national security standards.
* Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
