About the Role
Due to some internal movement, BaptistCare is seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our well-appointed 99-bed facility in Busselton.
With a strong focus on person-centered care, you will oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and compassionate services that exceed both regulatory and community standards.
This is a key leadership role where you will manage all aspects of care and support services, provide values-based leadership to a multidisciplinary team, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and service excellence while overseeing clinical governance, compliance, financial performance, and strategic planning to ensure that residents live meaningful, supported lives.
About You
Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field with extensive experience managing dynamic, complex services
Proven track record in leading high-performing teams with exceptional contemporary leadership skills
Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, regulatory compliance, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC funding
Advanced clinical skills, financial acumen, and understanding of modern HR practices
