About The Role
As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with your team across:
* Sales
* Visual Merchandising
* Inventory Management
You will also have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager role during absences to show us what you've got.
About You
* Enjoy and regularly participate in hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping and travel.
* Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or 2‑3 years experience in a retail sales role.
* Computer literate.
* Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
