Sales Representative – Albury, Wagga Wagga & Regional NSW (B2B)

VJS Joinery Supplies is expanding and we're building a high-performance sales team to fuel the next phase of our regional growth.

The Company

VJS Joinery Supplies Pty Ltd (VJS) is a leading distributor and manufacturer of cabinetry boards, hardware, benchtops, and commercial joinery solutions including laminate, compact laminate, plywood, solid surface, timber tops, stainless steel benchtops, and toilet partitions.

With a strong "Your Trade Partner" ethos and a reputation for old-school customer service done right, we partner with cabinetmakers, builders, and manufacturers across regional NSW, Victoria, and beyond.

Our regional network is growing fast, our product range is evolving, and the energy in the business is real. These are exciting times to join VJS.

The Role & Territory

Reporting to our Albury Branch, you will manage and grow a B2B sales territory spanning:

* Albury / Wodonga & surrounding regional NSW
* Wagga Wagga & the Riverina region
* Key surrounding towns and trade partners in the broader catchment

Important:

Due to job-listing limitations, this ad is posted under Albury, however the role's sales territory includes both Albury and Wagga Wagga. The successful candidate may choose to live in Albury, Wagga Wagga, or surrounding areas—as long as you can effectively manage the full territory.

About You

You'll be a natural relationship builder with solid B2B sales experience, and ideally bring:

* Proven B2B (business-to-business) sales and negotiation skills
* Confidence working independently in a customer-facing role
* Strong planning, scheduling and territory-management ability
* Objection handling, solution selling, and long-term relationship mindset
* Experience in the cabinetry/joinery supply industry (bonus, not essential)
* A sharp eye for detail and comfort using tech (CRM, apps, mobile reporting etc.)
* A valid Australian driver's license
* Reliability, punctuality, pride in presentation, and self-motivation

What You'll Do

* Service existing accounts and drive new business across the territory
* Plan and optimise your weekly sales schedule and call cycle
* Identify new product and market opportunities
* Track competitor insights and industry trends
* Provide solutions, not just quotes
* Represent VJS with professionalism, pride, and authenticity
