APMG Services is a leading provider of property maintenance, multi-trade works and facilities support across Melbourne. Based in Chirnside Park and rapidly growing business services a broad network of clients across Childcare, Aged Care, Commercial, Council and Education sectors.
We are expanding and are now looking for someone who can turn real work into engaging, scroll-stopping content, showcasing not just what we do, but how we do it.
About the Role
This is not a desk job. You’ll be out on-site, in the middle of real projects, capturing progress, people, before-and-afters, and everything in between.
You’ll take raw moments and turn them into high-impact content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms. Turning projects to visual stories.

Key Responsibilities
* Capture real-time content on-site, transformations and behind-the-scenes moments
* Film and edit short-form video content that’s engaging, dynamic and platform-ready
* Create scroll-stopping visuals including before & afters, progress shots and project highlights
* Bring ideas to life through creative storytelling and trending formats
* Travel across Melbourne to capture content where the work happens
* Manage day-to-day posting across social media platforms
* Edit and deliver content that is clean, sharp and aligned with brand quality
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify key moments worth capturing
Required Skills and Experience
* 2+ years’ experience in digital content creation, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within trades, construction, property, or related industries
* Strong photography and videography skills
* Ability to film, edit, and produce engaging short form content
* Experience creating daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
* Strong eye for visual composition and design
* Experience editing images and video for digital platforms
* Proficiency with Canva and or Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar
* Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
