Our focus is delivering energy efficiency expertise and service across solar, electric vehicle charging, hot water heat pumps, batteries and associated solutions.
New growth has seen our close-knit team grow by more than 30% in the last 24 months through the twin levers of increased volume and new business channels - and we aren't slowing down
We need someone who will work closely with our Finance Manager to deliver strong accounts support through:
* Supporting the Finance Manager, management and wider team
* Daily bank reconciliations and managing cash receipts
* Own the customer invoice process including following up outstanding debtors
* Prepare weekly debtor reports assisting the Finance Manager to manage cash flow
* Processing invoices and managing the timely payment of suppliers and contractors
* Managing the shared mailbox, ensuring enquiries and invoices are actioned in a timely manner
* Fostering excellent stakeholder experiences for both internal and external customers.
About You
Baseline match to us would be:
* Minimum 2 years as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant, preferably within a small business environment
* Highly motivated with impeccable organisation and time management skills as you will manage and prioritise your time
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task with flexibility
* Must hold Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
This is an office-based role, we are open to full-time or part-time hours approx. over 4 or 5 days per week) - we're open to discussing what works for you Salary pro-rated based on hours if part time.
This position will be based at our Geelong office location.
