Support Worker Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting individuals with daily living tasks and empowering them through meaningful relationships and connections.
* Providing support with everyday activities around the home
* Assistance with hygiene and personal care
* Support and accompaniment for activities outside the home environment
* Assisting with medication compliance, including dispensation of prescription medication
* Meal support, which may include meal preparation
This role requires a minimum qualification of Certificate III in Individual Support, driver's license, reliable vehicle, comprehensive car insurance, at least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker, NDIS Clearance, First Aid, CPR, and National police clearance or willingness to obtain.
