The Digital Strategy and Delivery Manager will oversee the team of technical analysts, solution architects, customer experience and data specialists working alongside technical implementation and support team that builds, manages, and supports core platforms. The technology stacks for core platforms encompass Adobe suite, Drupal, React, Node, SharePoint and a range of other related tools and frameworks catering to overall Marketing platforms and allied toolsets, also feeding into CRM systems.
This role will provide technical and functional leadership to facilitate delivery for BAU, small to large projects, resourcing, licensing of enterprise platforms, management of external vendors or contractors on a need-basis and ensure business-IT alignment for relevant scopes of work they might be engaged to deliver.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Lead Strategy, Research, UX, CX, HCD, Design, IA, Data Analytics, Personalisation, Digital transformation and uplift support and advice to business and IT as required.
- Play key contributor role to build IP of technical discovery and analysis work within Digital Solutions portfolio - Engage IT and business stakeholders and external third parties where relevant to support technical discovery and analysis, process improvements etc.
- Assess solution options and assess the impact and urgency, in turn, informing prioritisation for functional and technical team members.
- Provide regular reports on progress of ongoing Sprints, IT and business-funded projects including but not limited to burn rate, completion rates and issues management. Contribute to project plans, program reports and timelines.
- Manage external vendors/contractors honest and aligned to intended project/program/scrum outcomes. Ensure platform licenses, corresponding versions, agreements are up to date.
- Recommend and implement good practices and maintain CI/CD pipelines, delivery, and service improvements.
**To be considered for this position, requirements include**:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and extensive experience in a digital delivery role and in the development and management of digital initiatives, business analytics and delivery methods to support a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience of teams working in Agile workplace (Scrum / Kanban) with extensive usage of delivery management toolset viz, JIRA and Confluence.
- Proven experience focused on Adobe suite (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaigns, Launch, AEP etc.) e.g., Adobe Certified Master / AEM Sites Architect and/or products integration experience
- Program management and technical discovery-to-delivery lifecycle experience; ability to check and validate the work output of analysts, architecture, and solution designs.
