Join South Western Sydney Local Health District and contribute to the seamless delivery of high‑quality care across Primary and Community Health. As a Clinical Support Officer, you will play an essential role in supporting the Community Health Nursing and Child and Family Health Nursing teams by providing high‑level administrative and organisational support. Working closely with two Nurse Unit Managers, you will help ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations, assist with recruitment and workforce processes, and support reporting requirements. Your expertise will directly enable frontline nursing teams to focus on delivering exceptional care to the community.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator who brings strong attention to detail, excellent time‑management skills, and the confidence to work independently with broad supervision. You will thrive in this role if you have experience with healthcare‑related systems such as HealthRoster, eMR, iProcurement, StaffLink, and My Health Learning, and possess a solid understanding of recruitment and workforce processes. Your ability to use sound judgement, take initiative, and manage competing priorities will be key to your success. If you're proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting effective and efficient healthcare services, we'd love to hear from you.

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* Proven ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks whilst working under broad supervision, with the ability to demonstrate initiative, organise and prioritise workload, and complete work tasks independently.
* Demonstrated high level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in performing secretariat duties for meetings and committees including minute taking, agenda preparation, and overseeing the coordination and completion of actions arising.
* Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and healthcare related systems (please list systems you are proficient in).
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
