Inventory Management Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the integrity of our client's inventory held at our distribution centre.
* Ensure accurate and timely tracking of client inventory.
* Investigate stock discrepancies and report findings promptly.
* Coordinate regular cycle counts and storage checks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Assist with inventory takes, including scheduling and resource allocation.
* Train employees on best practices for inventory control and management.
* Promote a collaborative work environment that fosters continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
* Provide accurate records for logistics customers regarding pallet transactions.
* Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently when required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in logistics and warehouse operations or drilling/mining equipment.
* Forklift Licence.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
