As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering high standards of customer service. You will connect with customers to provide tailored support that makes a real difference to their unique situations.

Responsibilities

* Customer Connection:Manage inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and trust with every interaction.
* Needs Investigator:Explore and assess each customer's personal and financial situation to understand their needs.
* Solution Seeker:Provide tailored options and resolutions that align with the customer's circumstances.
* Record Keeper:Accurately record file notes and ensure all customer details are updated in our systems.
* Compliance Champion:Work within regulatory frameworks to ensure every interaction meets quality and compliance standards.

Note: Due to the level of security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible.
