We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to join our team—someone with a passion for high-quality ingredients, precise technique, and maintaining a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook wood fired pizzas to a high standard.
Manage dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching to ensure consistency.
Operate and maintain a high-temperature pizza oven.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Work efficiently as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.
Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza-making techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
