Senior Diesel Fitter Position
We are seeking an experienced diesel fitter to join our team at our Sunshine Coast workshop.
This is a senior role offering full-time permanent employment with weekly pay, superannuation on all hours, regular overtime and career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will undertake preventative maintenance, breakdown response and reliability improvements across our fleet using digital maintenance systems and following OHS procedures.
* Essential Requirements:
* Heavy Diesel or Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate required.
* 5+ years of post-trade experience in civil construction equipment (excavators, moxy, dozers, graders etc.)
* Experience with Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi or Caterpillar machines is beneficial.
* Marine equipment experience highly regarded but not essential.
* Hydraulic/electrical systems and pump experience would be beneficial.
* Component rebuilds of engines, transmissions, hydraulic components would be beneficial.
