Job Description:

As a Replenishment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date data on stock levels, inventory management, and data maintenance. You will work closely with the Replenishment Manager to drive high standards of data integrity and manage new line creations, ordering, and stock management processes.

You will also be responsible for maintaining automated order templates, replenishment/promotional/seasonal buys, and store transfers. Additionally, you will assist in loading promotional pricing, generating forecasts, and placing promotion allocations of stock in line with promotional activities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date POS data to a high standard of accuracy in line with agreed data rules.
* Regularly review and update wholesaler and direct price files and deals in POS to ensure the best deals are loaded for franchisees.
* Support the introduction of new lines and ranges into the business through new line creation and opening allocations in a timely and accurate manner.
* Perform all central ordering duties, including purchase order generation and amendments, setting up and maintaining automated order templates, replenishment/promotional/seasonal buys, and store transfers.
* Load promotional pricing, generate forecasts, and place promotion allocations of stock in line with promotional activities.
* Manage and respond to all queries and tasks logged on Connectwise in a timely manner as per SLA, focusing on meeting customers/franchisees needs and expectations.
* Assist in reviewing and updating central ordering and POS works processes and projects with a focus on continuous improvement while ensuring continued franchise satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 4+ years of experience in retail inventory management.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
* Experience in supply chain, stock management, and data maintenance.
* Desirable: knowledge of the pharmacy industry.
