**The Opportunity**
On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong, we are looking for APS6 Jira Service Desk Support. This is a 12-month assignment. The role will paying $60.26 per hour plus super.
**Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to**:
- Working with the Jira Service Desk, providing administrative support, including managing user accounts, customising work flows, monitoring system performance, resolving and escalating issues.
- Supporting end users of Procurement Jira Service Desk and developing training and guidance material.
- Documenting Jira configuration and issues resolution processes.
- Generating reports for the Procurement Branch utilising Jira Service Desk data.
- Collaborating with ICT and Procurement Branch stakeholders, achieving work area objectives.
**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Previous experience in Jira Service Desk administration, management, and reporting.
- Procurement experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department will be highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
