THE ROLE This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver the new Small Second Homes program, which aims to maximise the delivery of small second dwellings to the rear yard of Homes Victoria properties.The Senior Project Manager is key to developing this brand-new program and working systematically to ensure its effective and rapid delivery. The role will require a dynamic, flexible and experienced candidate with experience in all facets of project management including coordinating procurement processes and contract management, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key project outcomes.
