Job Description
We're looking for an experienced
State Field Training Manager
who lives and breathes food, people development, and operational excellence. This role is all about
coaching, training, and inspiring Franchisees, Restaurant Managers, and Crew
to deliver exceptional guest and food experiences across our restaurants.

Working closely with Operations, New Restaurant Opening (NRO) teams, People Experience, Capability and Learning teams, you'll lead training excellence in the field and play a critical role in setting new restaurants—and our people—up for long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

* Lead training for new restaurant openings (pre & post open)
* Deliver onboarding, certification and sign-offs for Franchisees, Managers and Crew
* Build, lead and deploy Field Support Teams for new openings
* Provide hands-on, in-restaurant training and coaching
* Support product rollouts, initiatives and operational projects
* Identify training gaps and partner with key stakeholders to improve performance

What Success Looks Like

* New restaurants opening fully trained, compliant and confident
* High certification completion across all training programs
* Consistent food quality, operational standards and guest experience

What You'll Bring

* Experience in training, coaching or facilitation
* Management experience in QSR, hospitality, retail or F&B
* Strong food safety, culinary and operational knowledge
* Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
* Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
* Valid Australian driver's licence
