Job Description:

At the forefront of business development, we're seeking an exceptional insights analyst to propel our growth. As a key member of our team, you will leverage data-driven insights and innovative measurement methods to amplify our business development effectiveness.

This strategic role demands proactive analysis, stakeholder enablement, and measurement innovation to optimize marketing and business development representative (BDR) performance. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to articulate the impact of BDR performance on creating opportunities across lead-based and account-based prospecting motions.

As a trusted advisor, you will combine qualitative and quantitative insights to make recommendations on optimization opportunities, drive weekly inspection cadences for marketing-to-BDR effectiveness motion, and support leadership in synthesizing the impact of BDRs during quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct data analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations for senior sales leaders.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new dashboard capabilities and reporting enhancements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional Sales Operations teams to align targets, outcome measures, and performance.
* Drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

* Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development teams to drive strategic insights and performance improvement.
* Expertise in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
* Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including talent for analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
* Highly entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
* 3+ years of experience in B2B subscription revenue environment with hands-on analytical experience in sales performance analysis.
