Responsibilities
- As a Graduate Contract Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the commercial and contractual success of Australia’s next generation of wind projects. Our graduate program is designed to give you early responsibility, structured learning, and access to diverse experiences that will set you up for long-term success.
- You will have an opportunity to rotate across different areas of the business over 2 years.
- You’ll be actively integrated into the day-to-day business, assuming full responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
- Training in contract management, negotiation, and commercial risk.
- Direct mentoring from senior Contract Managers.
- Involvement in live wind farm projects contributing to Australia’s net zero goals.
Your background
- Recent graduates (2025) in Commerce, Business, Finance, QS or Engineering with a commercial focus.
- Solid communication with the ability to work across teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for problem solving.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Interest in contracts & negotiation.
- Ambition to develop a career in commercial and contract management.
