Job Description
About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will manage written correspondence from members of the public, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. You'll handle a variety of enquiries and appeals, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and uphold Orikan's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming written correspondence via email and mail in a professional and timely manner
* Investigate and resolve customer issues and appeals, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures
* Liaise with local government clients and internal stakeholders to clarify and escalate matters where required
* Maintain accurate records and follow-up actions within our systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying service trends and suggesting enhancements
