About the Role
As the Personal Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our leadership operations — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in helping our leaders stay focused on driving growth and delivering outstanding construction outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive support to the Managing Director and senior leaders.
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and organise travel and accommodation.
* Prepare board and leadership team documents, reports, and presentations.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders on behalf of executives.
* Support project tracking and key deadlines across leadership initiatives.
* Coordinate and minute internal leadership meetings and project discussions.
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
* Assist with event planning, team communications, and ad hoc business needs.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the construction, engineering or property sectors.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted representative of leadership.
