Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
* This refers to how resource capacity (people, tools, processes) is aligned within IT support and end-user environments to maintain and support
* Citrix infrastructure (CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler)
* End-user experience (logon performance, app access, printing, etc.)
* Incident and problem resolution
* Change and patch management
* Monthly patch cycles (OS, Citrix components)
* App onboarding and UAT support
* OS/VDI golden image updates
* Citrix Engineers (onshore/offshore)
* EUC Support Analysts
* Application Packaging & VDI Engineers
* Monitoring/Automation Analysts
* Service Desk and L2/L3 teams
* Citrix Resilience refers to the ability of the Citrix environment to withstand, recover from, and adapt to disruptions.
* EUT Resourcing for Citrix Resilience - To support Citrix resilience, MyIT/EUT teams should be resourced to cover
* MyIT/EUT Resourcing for Citrix Resilience ensures the right combination of operational support, skilled personnel, monitoring capabilities, and strategic planning.
* Maintain high availability, performance, and recovery readiness of the Citrix virtual desktop/application environment.
* It includes both proactive and reactive resourcing models to uphold business continuity and user experience across the enterprise.
