What We're Looking For
We are interested in hearing from qualified individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Admitted TM / commercial solicitor or dually qualified solicitor / TM attorney residing anywhere in Australia.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in trade marks, including some disputes experience and some general commercial law experience.
* Solid knowledge of current trademark law and practice.
* High attention to detail, strong drafting / communication / people skills, and commercial acumen.
* An entrepreneurial spirit willing to participate in business development / marketing.
