This role is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, evaluation and quality improvement in clerical Pre-admissions, Patient Admissions, Switchboard, Sessional Suite Administration, Breast Health Clinic Administration, Ward Clerks, Estimations, Theatre Bookings and Hospital Orderly services. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining collaboration with the clinical teams to ensure the delivery of excellent standards of patient focussed care and the highest standards of customer service.
