About the Role
As the Principal Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end sales process — from listing preparation and marketing to client communication and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage listing documents, contracts, and compliance files
* Coordinate appraisals, photo shoots, marketing, and settlement milestones
* Manage buyer and vendor communications, ensuring a premium experience
* Assist with open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups
* Make daily prospecting calls and maintain CRM accuracy
* Liaise with the Principal daily to ensure smooth sales operations
