Overview
Location: Morwell. 0.6 to 1 FTE available, fixed term.
Latrobe Community Health Service is a not-for-profit health care provider focused on returning to what matters for the community.

Commencing July 2024, the Gippsland Supporting Recovery Program provides access to long-term, free, trauma-informed psychological therapies for people who have experienced family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV). The team includes intake, engagement practitioners and therapists.
Responsibilities
- The Engagement Practitioner engages participants to help them access services and overcome barriers on their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification or nearing completion in psychology, social work, counselling or related field.
- A current Employee Working with Children Check.
- Experience and/or understanding of the family violence or mental health service system.
