Enterprise Architect
An experienced Enterprise Architect is required to join our federal Government team.
The role will work closely with service designers, business analysts, policy writers, program architects and other stakeholders to shape and inform outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with program representatives and technical teams to design solution approaches for delivery aligned with future state design.
* Develop an operational understanding of existing IT infrastructure, Program Design Standards and program work packages.
* Work with the Chief Information Officer Division and leads to ensure enterprise architectures meet business and user needs.
* Define architectural standards, principles and guidelines for consistency and alignment.
* Design scalable, secure and cost-effective IT solutions for complex business requirements.
* Define and enforce IT governance frameworks, standards and best practice.
* Identify risks associated with tech adoption or integration and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Skills:
* Understanding of Agile project delivery framework and experience in managing IT change within an Agile project or Program.
* Experience in a similar role in a complex IT environment.
* Effective communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in ITIL processes and structures.
* Ability to deliver Enterprise Architecture in a complex ICT environment and meet business requirements.
