**Job Description:** As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development, promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent, with 6 months of experience in a similar field. You will also require a high level of fitness for manual handling, and be able to work nights and weekends. A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC) and current CPR and First Aid certificate are also essential. Additionally, you will need to hold a full driver's licence and have valid work rights.
