Job description:
Drive sales performance across the region by achieving monthly targets for Motorcycles, Power Equipment, and Parts & Service. Build strong, trusted relationships with dealers while delivering key business KPIs, including Dealer Standards, Dealer Visit Reports (DVRs), and tactical action plans.
How you'll make an impact
* Achieve set targets (such as sales and market share) for each individual Dealer and Dealer network.
* Ensure sales and performance objectives are established for each Dealer.
* Responsible for the activities of sales, service/workshop, finance, parts and accessories/merchandise amongst Dealers in the allocated territory.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge from the Prime Market Area (PMA) Report, including analysing and reporting to Dealers on a monthly basis.
* Assist dealers in executing advertising and sales promotional activities to increase sales & service.
* Assist Dealers to maintain best practice showrooms & workshops.
* Actively rotate the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) process to ensure all sales activities are well controlled and countermeasures developed for any variances.
Profile description:
What you'll bring to Honda
* A high level of commitment to deliver retail best practice.
* A proven background at managing relationships at all levels from national retailers through to sole operators alike.
* Ability to have successful retailer interactions due to superior interpersonal skills.
* Ability to achieve business objectives and report conclusively on results.
* Highly organised, reliable, and capable of operating in a remote environment without direct supervision.
* Superior PC skills with a strong ability in the operation of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
