The Opportunity
A growing finance brokerage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join its Perth team. This role is ideal for a broker who enjoys working on more complex lending scenarios, particularly across investment property and construction finance. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial position, structure lending strategies, and manage transactions from initial consultation through to settlement. The business provides strong operational and administrative support, allowing brokers to focus on client relationships, structuring deals, and delivering outcomes. A consistent pipeline of qualified leads is also provided, with additional opportunities to build referral relationships and grow your own network.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide lending advice across residential, investment and construction finance
* Structure and manage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
* Work with a broad panel of lenders to achieve the best outcomes for clients
* Manage a strong pipeline of deals with an expectation of facilitating significant lending volume
* Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth processing and settlement
* Develop and maintain referral relationships with key partners
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Finance Broker (4+ years preferred)
* Strong understanding of lender policy and complex deal structuring
* Experience with investment property and construction lending highly regarded
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Self‐motivated with the ability to build and maintain a pipeline of business
