The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning Support Teacher to join our dynamic team from Term 1, 2026.
This is a permanent, full-time position working across our Primary and Secondary years. The successful applicant will play a key role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive academically and personally.
You will be responsible for the case management of students identified under the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD), working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to deliver personalised learning that makes a difference.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor of Education (or equivalent teaching qualification)
* Current NESA teacher accreditation (or ability to obtain)
* Demonstrated understanding of the Disability Standards for Education and NCCD framework
* Expertise or strong interest in inclusive education and curriculum differentiation
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
* Commitment to student wellbeing and holistic development
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Highly Regarded
* Postgraduate qualifications in Special or Inclusive Education
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs across multiple year levels
* Experience in independent and/or boarding school environments
