Financial Management Leader Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial management function, overseeing the planning and budgeting cycle, and driving change within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business partnering skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the finance team in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive organisational growth and improvement.
* Manage and administer investments in line with organisational policies and procedures.

* Provide high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.

* Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as CPA or CA are desirable but not mandatory.
