Assist with UBG/Warranty cases—support customers, document exchanges, and coordinate with the Inventory DRI.**Product Knowledge*** Learn about Trek bikes, components, apparel, and technology.* Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing required training modules.**Store Operations*** Support opening/closing duties, operate the Ascend POS, and complete end-of-day cash-up.* Complete tasks as directed by the Store Manager.* Be part of Daily Huddles* Uphold Trek's uniform and presentation standards.**When Not with Customers, You'll Help:*** Complete the Daily Task List to support store efficiency.* Maintain visual merchandising standards: product placement, pricing, and restocking.* Conduct weekly Cycle Counts to ensure inventory accuracy.* Assemble or pre-assemble bicycles and prep bikes for service by the workshop team—bike mechanic experience is highly valued.* Keep both the showroom and back-of-house areas clean, tidy, and organized.**What We're Looking For**You don't need to be a bike expert—but you should bring energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
