Job Description
The role of Demi Chef de Partie is to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where creativity and precision come together.
As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing cold foods and ingredients for cooking. This includes weighing, measuring, mixing, portioning, chopping, and storing food according to established quality standards.
You will also monitor food quality while preparing food, ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare cold foods and ingredients for cooking (weighing, measuring, mixing, portioning, chopping, and storing food)
* Monitor food quality while preparing food
* Serve food in proper portions onto dishes, plates, mugs, and bowls, ensuring proper plate appearance
* Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables, tools, knives, and equipment

Requirements
* Minimum Certificate 3 in Cookery
* Im Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia
