This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be pro-rata'd to your contracted or ordinary working hours). These payments are paid on a fortnightly basis under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
This scheme recognizes the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements to attract and retain staff in these areas.

How to apply

* Current nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA and postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or willingness to undertake.
* Recent remote and Emergency Department clinical experience, including current Advanced Life Support Accreditation.
* Application of professional and ethical boundaries in patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
* Use of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement person-centred care.
* Ability to interact professionally and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and families to improve health outcomes.
