Responsibilities
Experience in all below areas is essential, this is an allrounder position.
Housekeeping - cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and changing linen
Laundry - washing of linens and towels
Kitchen Hand duties - ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols, food preparation, dishes, deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment
Dining Attendant duties - clearing & wiping tables, washing dishes, clean dining room, top up food bains, cutlery and drink station
Serving in bar/wetness
Qualifications
Proven hospitality experience in both housekeeping & catering
Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia
Construction White Card - Mandatory & NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
Food Safety & Food Allergen Training - Essential
Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
