Job Description
Key deliverables:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large technical projects across scope, schedule, budget and quality.
* Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, reporting cadence and delivery baselines.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance and commercial functions.
* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change control with clear stakeholder communication.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support continuous improvement by embedding practical ways of working and lessons learned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential skills and attributes
* Proven experience delivering complex engineering, defence, aerospace or high-technology projects.
* Strong project management capability across planning, governance, forecasting, cost control and reporting.
* Ability to build trust, align stakeholders and drive outcomes in dynamic environments.
* Experience managing vendors, contracts and change requests.
* Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
* Degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management; PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is highly regarded.
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher.
