Project Manager for Design and Construction
The role of a Project Manager for Design and Construction requires an individual with extensive experience in project management, specifically in the Telecommunications Construction environment.

* Comprehensive knowledge of interplay between power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities.
* Ability to provide expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters, including interactions with contract management.
* Knowledge of property management and town planning for development projects; experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification.
* Must have experience in Telecommunication Construction.
* Proven track record in successful project management.
* Solid understanding of network facilities establishment structure, purpose, and process.
* Capability to effectively oversee large design and delivery programs, monitoring, reviewing, and auditing for compliance, cost, and quality.
* Proven skill in managing multiple projects from conception through design and ready build, mentoring, and instructing team members in project management.
* Extensive knowledge of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings.
* In-depth understanding of construction aspects, regulatory requirements, site sharing, and property acquisition linked to mobile telecommunications networks.
* Strong negotiation skills at all levels.
