Leadership Position in Retail Management
This is a key leadership role within our retail organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
About the Role
In this position, you will work closely with optometrists to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and coach team members on effective selling and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Mandatory experience in optical and retail management at a senior level
* Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with labor laws
* Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese languages an asset
* Availability to work Tuesdays to Saturdays preferred
