What You'll Be Doing
* Manage key retailer relationships, financial management, debt management, abatements, and Lease matters
* Drive performance in line with the Centre's Strategic Asset Plan
* Prepare and present detailed centre financial reports
* Monitor and deliver on retail KPIs
* Contribute to the annual budgeting process
* Support community engagement and retailer initiatives
What You Bring
* 5+ years' experience in retail or shopping centre management
* Strong understanding of the retail landscape and relevant lease legislation
* Commercial acumen with solid financial and reporting capabilities
* Confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Close attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* A collaborative approach and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and strong overall business systems capability.
