 
        
        The Junior Legal Secretary role is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to utilise their skills in Wills and Estates.
Key Responsibilities
 * Client communication and reception duties
 * Diary and email management
 * Preparation of correspondence and legal documents
 * Drafting Wills, including Testamentary Trusts, and Enduring Powers of Attorney
 * Co-ordination of probate, estate administration, and file management from inception to completion
This position requires proficiency in Wills & Estates, a valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle. The main workplace is located at Caboolture with occasional work at Redcliffe.
