What will you do?
* Supporting culinary operations in various dining settings
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Assisting with budget management and stock control
* Leading and inspiring a team of casual chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
More About You
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
* Proven experience in high-volume kitchens and event venues
* Knowledge of commercial cooking with a flair for creative presentation
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively
* A true passion for food and excellence in service
* Valid Working With Children Check (employee version) is mandatory for all staff
