* Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all areas of store operations, including daily management, inventory control, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, focusing on coaching, training, and motivating them to achieve their best.
* Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize losses and maximize stock availability.
* Contribute to the achievement of store results by working collaboratively with the Store Manager and other leaders.
* Ensure seamless communication and execution of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
