Extruder Machine Operators in PE Pipe Extrusion are sought for our Maddington, WA manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
* Start up, operate and monitor HDPE pipe extrusion lines
* Set up and operate automated coiler machines
* Conduct regular product checks and record accurate measurements and data
* Handle coloured materials for production
* Operate forklifts and Hubtex equipment safely and efficiently
* Troubleshoot faults and adjust machine settings to ensure quality output
* Work on a rotating shift (8‐hour shifts) covering days, afternoons, and nights
* Opportunity for overtime working weekends when required
What We're Looking For
* Current driver's licence – essential
* At least 1 year of experience in HDPE or PVC pipe extrusion
* Experience in HDPE/PVC pipe extrusion or injection/blow moulding processes acceptable
* Demonstrated experience in Workplace Health, Safety & Environment (WHSE) practices
* Familiarity with AS/NZS4130 manufacturing standards desirable
* Competence using measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, Pi tapes)
* Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
* A positive, proactive attitude and a solid team spirit
* Ability to learn quickly and understand complex production processes
* Pass pre‐employment medical and Drug and Alcohol Screening
* Australian work authorisation required for this position
