With an incredible 12-year confirmed pipeline of work across the Sydney metro area, they're now looking for two experienced Finishes Foremen to join their growing delivery team — one based in West Ryde, and another in Rhodes.
This is a company where you'll work closely with the Construction Manager and even have direct exposure to the Director and Founder — leaders who genuinely invest in their people and promote from within. The Role:
As Finishes Foreman, you'll take ownership of the finishing phase on large‐scale residential projects, coordinating all internal trades and ensuring the final product meets the developer's impeccable standards. You'll be hands‐on across every detail — from joinery and tiling through to painting and handover — ensuring quality, safety, and program are delivered to perfection.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage all finishing trades: plaster, joinery, tiling, painting, and final fixtures/fittings
* Track and manage the finishes program, driving quality and on‐time delivery
* Inspect workmanship, identify defects early, and ensure compliance with specifications and Australian Standards
* Lead by example on safety and site presentation
* Work closely with the Construction Manager and site team to maintain momentum and solve problems quickly
* Support with final inspections, defects management, and handover preparation
About You
* Trade qualified (Carpentry, Joinery, or similar background)
* Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on high‐rise residential or mixed‐use projects
* Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for high‐end finishes
* Strong leadership and communication skills — you know how to get the best from your trades
* Organised, driven, and solutions‐focused with a strong commitment to program and quality
* Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, finish schedules, and WHS standards
