Responsibilities
* Layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
* Mentor Journeymen and Apprentices.
* Read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work and material ordering.
* Work on tools as needed.
* Have working knowledge of Procore.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
* Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work and material ordering.
* Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
* Have good communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary between $74,880k to $79,040k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
