Job Description
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role where you will be working as a Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance Manager.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You will be responsible for supporting the incident and breach management frameworks, undertaking compliance assessments, and providing sound pragmatic advice on risk and compliance matters.
The role also involves preparing professional risk and compliance reports, partnering with colleagues to drive alignment, and contributing to the priorities and work plans for the Risk & Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Incident and Breach Management frameworks
* Undertake compliance assessments and present findings to stakeholders
* Provide sound pragmatic advice on risk and compliance matters
* Prepare and present professional risk and compliance reports
* Partner with colleagues to drive alignment and consistent implementation of risk and compliance framework accountabilities
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management or a related field
* Relevant postgraduate and/or professional qualification desirable
* At least 5+ years experience in a similar role or compliance role experience in the financial services industry
